BTC COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS PROCEDURE

BRAININGSAFE TRAINING AND CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to ensure that the provision of training and assessment of students’ work in relation to the qualifications etc. are done fairly, consistently and in accordance with the specification for the qualification concerned.

However, if a student wishes to make a complaint about any aspect of training at BRAININGSAFE TRAINING AND CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED, they should follow the Institute’s General Complaints Procedure. The first point of contact for the students shall be their student counsellors.

If the student thinks that complaint was not resolved in a fair and timely manner, then they can escalate their complaints to the head of course provider by sending an email to ceo@brainingsafe.com. If the complaint is still not addressed properly, then the student can send their complaint to the relevant awarding body.
